Luis Suarez's position in Barcelona's first XI is reportedly far from secure following the emergence of Ansu Fati.
The Uruguay international has scored 179 goals in 252 appearances for the Spanish champions since arriving from Liverpool in the summer of 2014.
Suarez has also netted twice in La Liga this season despite missing two games due to a calf problem.
The South American will be 33 in January, though, and according to Marca, the striker's spot in the first team is under threat due to Fati's rise to prominence.
Suarez was whistled by sections of the Barca support during Tuesday night's La Liga clash with Villarreal, while his decision to undergo knee surgery in the latter stages of last season is said to have angered the fans.
Ernesto Valverde's side will be looking to make it back-to-back league wins for the first time this season when they travel to Getafe this weekend.
