Luis Enrique silent on Barcelona future

Luis Enrique silent on Barcelona future

Coach Luis Enrique has refused to be drawn on speculation suggesting that he could quit Barcelona this summer.

Enrique, who has already led the club to Liga glory, is on course to pick up a treble in his first season in charge as the Catalans prepare for Copa del Rey and Champions League finals in the coming weeks.

Th 45-year-old is said to be considering his future at Camp Nou regardless of whether the treble dream materialises, but he refused to confirm or deny the rumours.

"I have nothing to comment on that matter, I am thinking about three games - one in the league and two finals. That's all I am going to be talking about right now," he told reporters.

"I have got nothing special to say on the matter anyway, but I'm not going to speak about that until the end of the season.

"What I do is focus on what I can control at the moment, which is the games that we've got left to play."

Enrique's men face Atletico Madrid in the final of the Copa del Rey on May 30, before travelling to Berlin to face Juventus in the Champions League showpiece a week later.

The newly-crowned Liga champions finish the league season with the visit of Deportivo La Coruna on Sunday.
