Alaves will be aiming to make it back-to-back wins in Spain's top flight when they head to Coliseum Alfonso Perez on Monday evening to face Getafe.

The visitors will enter this match off the back of a 4-3 victory over Sevilla, while Getafe suffered a 3-0 defeat to Girona in their second game of the new campaign.

We say: Getafe 1-1 Alaves

The last six La Liga meetings between these two sides have finished level, which is difficult to ignore when picking a result here. There is not an awful lot between the teams in terms of quality, meanwhile, and we are expecting the points to be shared once again.

Rayo Vallecano vs. Atletico (Monday, 8.30pm)

Atletico Madrid will be aiming to stop an in-form Rayo Vallecano in their tracks when the two teams lock horns in Spain's top flight on Monday evening.

Rayo have six points from their opening two matches of the 2023-24 La Liga season, while Atletico have gathered four, beating Granada before drawing with Real Betis last time out.

We say: Rayo Vallecano 1-2 Atletico Madrid

This is a very tough match to call, and it would not be a surprise to see a home win on Monday. Rayo can be unpredictable despite their strong start, though, and we are backing Atletico to navigate their way to all three points in what should be an entertaining contest.
