Half-Time Report: Atletico Madrid hold 1-0 lead over Real Betis

Atletico Madrid are 1-0 up against Real Betis in their La Liga clash this evening, with Oliver Torres putting his side ahead after just 15 seconds.

Torres turned the ball home almost instantly as he collected Koke's ball following a piece of brilliant invention from Diego Costa.

The home side should have doubled their lead in the 15th minute as Diego Godin wasted a good opportunity by heading wide from close range.

Madrid's Costa was at fault going into half time as he failed to convert a chance that would've put the home side in a commanding position as the striker flashed wide.
