Ashley Young to return to Aston Villa?

Manchester United could reportedly sell Ashley Young back to former club Aston Villa this summer.

The 28-year-old joined United from Villa in 2011, but has struggled to make his mark at Old Trafford, scoring just 11 times in his three seasons at the club.

Young's struggles last season also cost him a spot in the England squad for this summer's World Cup.

According to the Daily Mail, United are preparing to part with his services this month and have offered Villa the chance to re-sign the winger.

Young started his professional career at Watford.
