Aston Villa are reportedly considering a swoop for Stoke City striker Kenwyne Jones.
The 28-year-old had been linked with a move to Swansea City, but wage demands of £50,000 per week are thought to have scuppered any deal.
Villa could now try to sign Jones as they battle against relegation from the Premier League, according to The Mirror.
Jones has scored five goals in all competitions for the Potters this season.
