Jores Okore reveals Chelsea snub

Jores Okore has revealed that he turned down Chelsea in order to join Aston Villa.

The 20-year-old Danish defender arrived at Villa Park on Thursday following a two-year spell with Nordsjaelland.

"I have a good feeling it was the right decision to turn down Chelsea," Okore is quoted as saying by The Sun. I feel that I have arrived at a club that believes in me.

"The manager has said all the right things and that has caught my attention. This is going to be good."

Okore, who has seven international caps, has signed a four-year contract with Villa.
