Aston Villa manager Paul Lambert has insisted that more than just the club's strikers should be contributing goals to the side.
Villa's frontmen have scored 27 of the club's 32 goals in the Premier League this season, and while Lambert is pleased with the effort from his forwards, he has admitted that he is unhappy with just five goals coming from other areas of the pitch.
The 43-year-old told the Birmingham Mail: "You'd like to see more goals come from midfield and defence.
"If the strikers are doing it – which they seem to be at this moment in time – you'll take it, but ideally you'd like anyone to score, whether it's a defender or a midfielder."
Christian Benteke is Villa's top goalscorer this season, scoring 14 league goals.
