Aston Villa midfielder Fabian Delph has admitted that Jack Grealish's work ethic has impressed him this season.
Grealish has quickly become a regular starter for Villa since Tim Sherwood's arrival, and Delph believes that it is reward for his hard work on the training pitch.
"Him and I are always the last ones out on the pitches as he's always wanting to do extra," the England international told reporters. "He has a real desire to improve and be the best player he can and that's great to see.
"He is a great talent and he is always wanting to learn. But he is also great to have around the place too because he's a bubbly lad.
"From the start of the season, Jack has been terrific. With the new manager coming in he has been given the platform to showcase his skills and he has stepped up to the mark."
Villa are back in action against Everton on Saturday afternoon.
