Report: Arsenal agree Julian Draxler fee

Arsenal have agreed a transfer fee for Schalke 04 midfielder Julian Draxler, according to reports.

The Gunners have been linked to the 20-year-old since the summer, and reports in Germany suggest that the move is imminent after the two clubs agreed a price.

Footballer-turned-journalist Jan Aage Fjortoft, who first linked Mesut Ozil to Arsenal during the summer, announced through his Twitter account that the deal has been agreed this evening.

Draxler is currently out injured with an ankle tendon injury, and is not expected to be ready to return until March.
