Malaga favourites for Nicklas Bendtner?

La Liga outfit Malaga are reportedly keen to sign Nicklas Bendtner from Arsenal before the end of the transfer window.

The Danish striker has been linked with a host of clubs so far this summer, but as yet he has been unable to secure a transfer away from the Emirates Stadium.

Both Trabzonspor and Basel are also interested, but Bernd Schuster's Malaga believe that they are in pole position to land the 25-year-old, according to the Daily Mail.

Bendtner joined the Gunners as a youngster in 2004 but he has failed to establish himself as a regular in Arsene Wenger's plans.
