Rumoured Liverpool and Arsenal target Thorgan Hazard reveals that Borussia Dortmund and Borussia Monchengladbach are working on a deal for him to swap clubs this summer.

Borussia Monchengladbach attacker Thorgan Hazard has confirmed that he has reached an agreement to join Borussia Dortmund at the end of the season.

The 26-year-old younger brother of Chelsea forward Eden Hazard has been repeatedly linked with a move to the Premier League in recent years.

Liverpool and Arsenal are both believed to have made their interest known, but the Belgium international has revealed that he is close to joining Dortmund.

"I have already spoken with them," he is quoted as saying by VTM News. "It is now up to the clubs to find an agreement.

"I myself have an agreement with them, now something has to move between the clubs. It is no longer up to me. I leave everything to my father (also his agent) and to the clubs."

Hazard has nine goals and nine assists in 30 Bundesliga appearances this season.
