Lazio keen on Calum Chambers, Jamaal Lascelles?

Lazio have reportedly identified Arsenal defender Calum Chambers and Newcastle United centre-back Jamaal Lascelles as potential summer signings.

The Italian side have earned a place in next season's Europa League courtesy of winning the Coppa Italia, although there is a desire to challenge for a top-four position in Serie A during the next campaign.

According to Il Messaggero, that has resulted in Lazio showing interest in each of Chambers and Lascelles.

Chambers has just completed a season-long loan spell with Fulham, in which he made 31 outings in the Premier League.

Unai Emery may be open to cashing in on the 24-year-old in a bid to raise extra funds for his own plans in the transfer market.

However, Lascelles will only leave St James' Park for a big-money fee due to having five years left on his contract.
