Papiss Cisse: "I would be a big success in England"

Freiburg striker Papiss Cisse believes that he "would be a big success in England".

The 26-year-old, who has found the net on eight occasions this season, has been linked with moves to Sunderland, Arsenal, Newcastle United, Tottenham Hotspur and Fulham in recent months.

Cisse is keen to play in the English top flight and has revealed that he has told his German employers of his desire.

"I want to test myself at a big club and I believe I would be a big success in England," Cisse told Goal.com.

"I watch the Premier League and I am pleased that people are talking about me in the same sentence as good clubs.

"My aim is to be the best I can be, we will see what happens but my club know my position."

The Senegalese international recently agreed a new contract with Freiburg.
