Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner to undergo Juventus medical

Juventus have revealed that Danish striker Nicklas Bendtner will undergo a medical on Friday in order to complete his move from Arsenal.

The 24-year-old has fallen down the pecking order at the Gunners and had already expressed his desire to leave the Emirates.

"Bendtner is already in Italy and will undergo a medical tomorrow," Juve's sporting director Beppe Marotta told Sky Sport Italia on Thursday evening.

"Until the final paperwork is concluded, I will not say that the player is ours."

Bendtner played for Sunderland on loan from Arsenal last season.
