Bayern Munich enter race for Martin Odegaard?

Bayern Munich reveal that they want to sign Norwegian teenager Martin Odegaard.

Bayern Munich have signalled their intent to beat Liverpool and Arsenal to the signing of Norwegian wonderkid Martin Odegaard.

Liverpool were thought to have stolen a march on their rivals by offering the 15-year-old a trial and showing the Stromsgodset star around the club's Melwood training ground.

However, the Daily Star claims that Odegaard was flown to Bavaria to train with German champions and chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has revealed that Bayern are keen to complete a deal.

He told Bild: "He's an extraordinary talent. We're trying to acquire him and I believe we have a good chance."

Pep Guardiola's side comfortably beat CSKA Moscow in the Champions League on Wednesday to finish top of Group E.
