Arsenal are tracking the Borussia Dortmund teenager Mario Götze, according to The Mirror.
The Gunners enquired about the 19-year-old midfielder last summer, but were rebuffed by the German side.
It is thought that Dortmund would be willing to cash in on Götze in January if their Champions League campaign falters.
Arsenal are currently in the same Champions League group as the Bundesliga team.
