Arsenal will need to fork out £36m if they wish to sign Carlos Soler from Valencia, according to a report.

Arsenal have reportedly been told that they will need to fork out £36m if they wish to sign Carlos Soler.

Recent reports have suggested that the Gunners are keeping tabs on the 23-year-old, who has registered two goals in 18 La Liga appearances this season.

According to the Daily Mail, Valencia are reluctant to part ways with the Spaniard, but financial difficulties amid the coronavirus pandemic may make a sale inevitable.

The report also claims that the Spanish outfit have set a £36m price tag on the midfielder, and Mikel Arteta's side could allegedly face competition from Manchester United, Barcelona and Real Madrid for Soler's signature.

The midfielder's current deal at Valencia will expire in the summer of 2023.
