Arsenal youngster Stefan O'Connor signs professional contract

Arsenal youngster Stefan O'Connor has signed his first professional contract with the Emirates club.

The 17-year-old defender, who has reportedly started training with the first-team squad this term, put pen to paper on a three-year deal.

Arsene Wenger is said to be a big admirer of O'Connor, a member of the club's Under-21s, and regularly checks in on his progress.
