Arsenal 'prepared to make Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang see out contract'

Arsenal 'prepared to keep Aubameyang'

Arsenal will reportedly refuse to sell Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang for a cut-price fee during the next transfer window.

With just over a year remaining on his contract, the forward is currently expected to leave the Emirates Stadium, rather than the Gunners risk losing their star man on a free transfer.

However, according to The Sun, club officials will only part ways with the Gabon international if an offer comes close to meeting their valuation.

The report suggests that any bids of £20m or below will be rejected, even if it means missing out on a much-needed cash injection during the coronavirus pandemic.

Many of European football's top European teams have been linked with the 30-year-old since the turn of the year, including Real Madrid, Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain.

Despite his age, Aubameyang is still regarded as value for money having contributed 17 goals in England's top flight this season.
