Arsenal, Liverpool chase Juan Manuel Vargas

Arsenal, Liverpool and Inter Milan are all interested in securing Fiorentina star Juan Manuel Vargas, according to various reports in Italy.

The Peruvian international, who has regularly been linked with a move to the Premier League, has reportedly been told he can leave Florence if January if the club receive an offer in the region of £10m.

Liverpool and Arsenal both have a long-standing interest in the player, but Inter are also said to be weighing up a move for the 28-year-old.

Vargas is predominately used as an attacking midfielder but is equally adept at either left-wing or left-back.
