The Reds captain was named as a substitute in Sunday's FA Cup defeat at Oldham Athletic.

Meanwhile, Pepe Reina, Glen Johnson, Jamie Carragher and Lucas Leiva have also been included in the side.

The hosts have made five changes as Bacary Sagna, Kieron Gibbs, Jack Wilshere, Theo Walcott and Santi Cazorla all start.
