Preview: Arsenal vs. Everton

Sports Mole looks ahead to Sunday's Premier League clash between Arsenal and Everton at the Emirates.

Arsenal can further extend their lead at the top of the Premier League table if they grab all three points from their clash against Everton on Sunday.

Arsene Wenger's men currently sit four points ahead of Chelsea after 14 games in the campaign, with just two defeats on their near-perfect record.

The North London outfit's title credentials were questioned at the start of the season, but others are starting to take note after they went 12 points clear of current champions Manchester United following their 2-0 win over Hull City in midweek.

Roberto Martinez's team are heading to the Emirates on the back of a 1-0 victory over United at Old Trafford, which has left them fifth in the table and seven points adrift of the Gunners.

The Merseyside outfit have lost just once on the road this season, while Arsenal have been a fortress at home having won their last six fixtures at the Emirates.

Olivier Giroud was left out of the starting lineup against Hull, which Nicklas Bendtner took full advantage of by scoring, but Wenger may bring the Frenchman back into the fold following a rest.

Everton boss Martinez is likely to keep Bryan Oviedo at full-back as Leighton Baines continues to nurse a broken toe, while Romelu Lukaku is expected to start up front.
