Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger says there is 'no chance' midfielder Jack Wilshere will feature in England's upcoming Euro 2012 qualifiers against Bulgaria and Wales.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has said there is 'no chance' midfielder Jack Wilshere will feature in England's upcoming Euro 2012 qualifiers.

The 19-year-old had been recovering from an ankle injury picked up in pre-season, but has suffered a new setback in his recovery.

"No chance he will be fit for England," said Wenger.

"It's not ideal for us on the day we sell [Samir] Nasri."

England face Bulgaria on Friday, September 2, before hosting Wales on Tuesday, September 6.
