Aaron Ramsey believes that Lukas Podolski and Olivier Giroud are "great additions" to the Arsenal squad.
Arsene Wenger has been quick to secure the signature of the attacking duo, who have arrived in North London for a combined total of around £14m.
Ramsey, who has been selected for Stuart Pearce's Olympic squad, is confident that the Gunners can have a big season, despite the impending loss of star man Robin van Persie.
"They are great additions to the squad," said the 21-year-old. "Hopefully they can do their bit for the team and hopefully we can have a big season."
The Welshman moved to the Emirates Stadium from Cardiff City in 2008.
