Arsenal have been handed a mouth-watering clash with Manchester City on the opening day of the new Premier League season.
Unai Emery has just replaced Arsene Wenger in the Gunners dugout, but the Spaniard has been given the ultimate test with a clash against champions City at the Emirates Stadium in his first match on August 11.
Emery's first trip is a short one - to London rivals Chelsea on August 18 - but Emery must wait until the opening weekend in November for the home fixture with Liverpool.
The first North London derby against Tottenham Hotspur will take place at the Emirates Stadium on the first weekend in December before less than a week later, Arsenal make the trip to Old Trafford to face Manchester United.
Arsenal have been presented with a reasonable end to the campaign, with the fixture list currently dictating that each of last season's top-six clubs will have been played by March 9.
