Arsenal, Wolves match postponed

Arsenal and Wolves will play on December 27 instead of Boxing Day due to the London tube strike.

Arsenal have decided to move their Premier League clash with Wolverhampton Wanderers from Boxing Day to December 27 following the potential London tube strike.

The Gunners have confirmed that the match will be postponed until the following day due to the proposed industrial strike on the London Underground.

It is still unclear whether the tube action will go ahead as the involved parties await a decision from the Courts, which is expected to be announced later today.

Despite unknowing if the strike will go ahead, the North London side have stated that the club would be unable to ensure safety precautions would be in place due to the late decision.

Fellow London Premier League side Chelsea declared yesterday that there clash with Fulham will go ahead on Boxing Day despite the potential Underground disruptions.
