Half-Time Report: Arsenal one up against Liverpool in FA Cup

Arsenal are beating Liverpool in their FA Cup fifth-round tie at the Emirates Stadium.

There was an early opening for the Reds when Steven Gerrard found Daniel Sturridge, but the striker saw his tame effort saved by Lukasz Fabianski.

The away side had another good chance to take the lead moments later. Luis Suarez scooped a pass into the feet of Sturridge, who then rounded Fabianski. However, his shot from a tight angle went wide.

The Gunners made the breakthrough soon after and it was Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain who got the goal. Yaya Sanogo had a shot saved by Brad Jones, but the 20-year-old was there to convert the rebound.
