Arjen Robben criticises Arsene Wenger after comments from 'typical loser'

Arjen Robben insists that he 'doesn't care' about Arsene Wenger's accusations of play-acting following their Champions League clash.

Bayern Munich winger Arjen Robben has insisted that he has not been affected by Arsene Wenger's suggestions that the Dutchman dived during their Champions League meeting.

Robben won a penalty and contributed to the sending-off of Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny during the German side's 2-0 win over the Gunners in the first leg of their last-16 tie a fortnight ago.

"Wenger's comments are typical for a losing coach," Robben told De Telegraaf. "I don't care much about it, because it's not the first time he acts like this.

"It was a pretty scary moment for me. I picked up a serious injury in December after a similar foul from Augsburg's goalkeeper."

The second leg will get underway at the Allianz Arena on March 12.
