Alejandro Sabella: 'Sergio Aguero not fit enough to start for Argentina'

Sergio Aguero may be among the Argentina substitutes for tomorrow night's quarter-final meeting with Belgium.

Argentina manager Alejandro Sabella has confirmed that Sergio Aguero is not fit to start against Belgium tomorrow night, but the striker could be named among the substitutes.

The 26-year-old, who was plagued by hamstring troubles last season, missed La Celeste's last-16 victory over Switzerland last time out.

"Aguero is getting better," FourFourTwo quotes Sabella as saying. "We're going to see how he does to decide whether he'll be on the bench."

Aguero scored 28 goals for club side Man City in all competitions last season.
