"I'm over the moon to be here, I can't wait to get going! I had a good first session this morning with the boys. I've had a very warm welcome from the staff and the lads â€“ I'm excited for what's ahead," he told the club website.

"I'm here to show my strengths and contribute as much as I can to the team. I'm coming into a good team that's looking to score goals.

"I love to get on the ball and create so the style suits me. There's a lot of good players here but I'm confident in my abilities to prove myself. I want to get in the starting XI and stay in there."
