Massimiliano Allegri: 'We must beat Lazio'

AC Milan boss Massimiliano Allegri admits that his side are feeling the pressure ahead of tomorrow night's Serie A clash with Lazio at the San Siro.

AC Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri has asked his struggling side to cut out avoidable errors in search of three points against Lazio tomorrow night.

The Rossoneri slipped to their fourth defeat in nine Serie A matches last weekend, conceding in the final minute as Marco Parolo's free kick proved enough to hand Parma a 3-2 victory.

Allegri believes that Lazio have enough quality players to cause problems at the San Siro, while admitting that Milan are in desperate need of a victory to lift morale.

He told reporters at a pre-match press conference: "We're up against Lazio tomorrow and they're a team that are going through a good period at the moment despite the result against Atalanta.

"They played well against Fiorentina and got the win against Cagliari while keeping a clean sheet on Sunday and so it'll be a tough match. We'll have to be very attentive as they have good technical players.

"We need the result and so we'll have to be much more attentive and like I said we have to cut out the mistakes that we're paying a high price for at the moment."

Allegri also revealed that Mario Balotelli is fit to face Lazio despite being involved in a minor car crash yesterday.
