New Zealand clinch series victory over West Indies

New Zealand knock off the remaining runs on day four of the third Test match against West Indies to complete a 2-0 series victory.

New Zealand have completed a 2-0 series victory over the West Indies in Hamilton.

The hosts needed just 124 runs to win the third and final Test match after skittling the tourists for 103 in their second innings.

The chase did not go without hiccups, as Peter Fulton and Hamish Rutherford were sent back to the pavilion before it was completed.

However, there was nothing for the Kiwis to worry about as Kane Williamson (56) and Ross Taylor (2) guided them over the line.

Fulton was dismissed caught and bowled by Darren Sammy with 10 runs to his name, while Rutherford (48) was bowled by Veerasammy Permaul eight runs short of the target and two shy of a half-century.
