NBA fine Denver Nuggets guard Nate Robinson $25,000

Nate Robinson is fined $25,000 by the NBA for claiming that referees "hate" him.

The NBA have fined Nate Robinson $25,000 for comments he made about referees' officiating.

The Denver Nuggets reserve point guard claimed that he was hated by officials after picking up a technical foul against the New York Knicks on November 29.

Robinson, 29, has found his scoring touch recently and is now averaging 10.2 points and 2.6 assists in 18.7 minutes a game this season.

Next up for the Nuggets, who are seventh in the Western Conference with a 12-8 record, is a trip to the Washington Wizards on Monday night.
