Anderson Varejao: 'LeBron James could return to Cleveland Cavaliers'

Anderson Varejao has insisted that LeBron James could return to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

The reigning league MVP spent the first seven seasons of his career with the Cavaliers before joining the Miami Heat in 2010.

The center told the Akron Beacon Journal: "It could happen. Bron is from Akron. Akron is not too far from here. Eventually in his career, he probably wants to play at home.

"Going back to that, I think the way he left was wrong, but regardless, he helped me a lot, helped my game and helped me as a person. I have nothing against him. It could happen."

The Cavaliers host the Heat tonight.
