Cavaliers evaluating Irving's knee

The Cleveland Cavaliers have confirmed that they will continue to evaluate Kyrie Irving's knee problems after he was forced to miss game two of the Eastern Conference finals.

The point guard was diagnosed with tendinitis in his left knee earlier this month, which flared up during the opening game of the series, ruling him out of the 94-82 win over the Atlanta Hawks.

Coach David Blatt told reporters: "[There was a] medical evaluation, and there was a decision on their part it was best to hold him out. We're evaluating as we go forward."

The team has listed Irving as questionable for game three, which takes place in Cleveland on Sunday.
