Friday's European Championship Qualifying predictions including Slovakia vs. Portugal

Sports Mole provides score predictions and previews for all of today's European Championship Qualifying fixtures, including Slovakia vs. Portugal.

Georgia vs. Spain (Friday, 5.00pm)

Spain will be aiming to return to winning ways in their Euro 2024 qualification section when they play their third match in Group A away to Georgia on Friday night.

La Roja suffered a 2-0 defeat to Scotland in their last qualification fixture in March, while Georgia actually lost by the same scoreline to the same opponents in their last Group A fixture in June.

We say: Georgia 0-2 Spain

This has the potential to be a tricky match for Spain, and we are expecting Georgia to cause some problems during the course of the match. La Roja will be able to call upon the greater talent all across the pitch, though, and we are expecting the visitors to navigate their way to an important three points.

Our tipster partners are predicting an away win.

Cyprus vs. Scotland (Friday, 7.45pm)

Scotland will be bidding to make it five wins from their five matches in Group A when they continue their Euro 2024 qualification campaign away to Cyprus on Friday night.

Steve Clarke's side are currently top of the section on 12 points, while Cyprus are bottom, having suffered three defeats from their opening three matches in the qualification process.

We say: Cyprus 1-2 Scotland

Cyprus are capable of making this an uncomfortable match for Scotland, and we are backing the hosts to score, as they have talented players in the final third of the field. Clarke's side are on a roll at the moment, though, and we are expecting them to navigate their way to all three points.

Our tipster partners are predicting an away win.

Croatia vs. Latvia (Friday, 7.45pm)

Unbeaten after two matches, Croatia welcome Latvia to Stadion HNK Rijeka on Friday as both sides return to Euro 2024 qualifying action.

The hosts occupy third place in Group D - two points shy of the top two - while the visitors find themselves rock bottom of the standings following three straight losses.

We say: Croatia 3-1 Latvia

Given that Latvia have scored three goals across their last two qualifiers, we can see the visitors finding the back of the net on Friday, but Croatia are expected to outscore the Group D minnows without any problems.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 2.5 goals.

Turkey vs. Armenia (Friday, 7.45pm)

Turkey will renew hostilities with neighbours Armenia when the two nations lock horns in Euro 2024 qualifying on Friday evening.

The Cresent-Stars claimed a 2-1 victory over Havakakan in the reverse fixture back in March, although Group D remains wide open.

We say: Turkey 2-1 Armenia

Having won three of their four qualifiers up to now, we expect Turkey to pick up another victory on Friday, although Armenia will likely give the Cresent-Stars a run for their money.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Slovakia vs. Portugal (Friday, 7.45pm)

A top-of-the-table clash in Euro 2024 qualifying Group J takes place at Tehelne Pole in Bratislava on Friday night, as Slovakia play host to Portugal.

Roberto Martinez's side have taken 12 points from 12 on offer during an unblemished start to proceedings, while their hosts are only two points worse off and could usurp their more esteemed rivals with a maximum this week.

We say: Slovakia 0-2 Portugal

Neither Slovakia nor Portugal have proven easy to break down in the embryonic stages of qualifying, and the Selecao will face their toughest test yet in Bratislava, despite making hard work of their recent success over Iceland.

A distinct lack of firepower could prove to be the hosts' undoing, though, as Portugal make it five from five in style, likely with another clean sheet to add to the collection.

Our tipster partners are predicting an away win.

Bosnia H'vina vs. Liechtenstein (Friday, 7.45pm)

Two sides who failed to pick up a point or even score a goal in June lock horns in Friday's Euro 2024 qualifying Group J clash, as Bosnia-Herzegovina welcome Liechtenstein to Stadion Bilino polje.

The hosts were comfortably beaten 2-0 by Luxembourg on matchday four, while their 200th-ranked visitors battled hard against Slovakia but ultimately succumbed to a 1-0 defeat.

We say: Bosnia-Herzegovina 3-0 Liechtenstein

Bosnia's golden touch may have eluded them during June's pair of defeats, but Kodro's men ought to get back on track without breaking too much of a sweat this week.

With Dzeko enjoying a hot streak of form domestically and the potential for a new manager bounce for the hosts, Liechtenstein will travel home surely ruing yet another chastening loss.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 2.5 goals.

Luxembourg vs. Iceland (Friday, 7.45pm)

With the chance to move into the top two of Euro 2024 qualifying Group J, Luxembourg do battle with Iceland at the Stade de Luxembourg on Friday evening.

The hosts occupy third place in the section with seven points to their name, while Our Boys are two spots and four points worse off following an underwhelming start.

We say: Luxembourg 1-0 Iceland

Barring their six-goal thumping at the hands of Portugal, Luxembourg have kept three clean sheets from their other three Euro 2024 qualifying matches so far and ought to feel optimistic about their chances of shutting out a depleted Iceland crop.

Despite their recent knack for getting results on the road, Hareide's side may fall just short on Friday, as Luxembourg move onto a double-figure points total at the halfway mark.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.
