Granada midfielder Fran Rico is hopeful that he will return to first-team action for his side's home match against Villarreal on Saturday.
The Spaniard, who has been suffering with a muscular injury in recent weeks, has also revealed that Granada are in "good shape physically".
"I'm still recovering, but I'm training with the team normally now. I feel good and in principle, I shouldn't have any problems being ready for the game at the weekend," he told reporters.
"We're in good shape physically, other teams also have injuries, it's a strong competition and it's something that happens to all teams."
Granada currently sit 14th in La Liga.
