A late goal from Daniel Cuevas has earned the USA a 1-1 draw with France at the Under-20 World Cup in Turkey.

France were on the verge of qualifying for the last 16 before they conceded six minutes from time as the Americans earned their first point of the tournament.

Following a goalless first half, the French took the lead on 48 minutes through Yaya Sanogo's penalty after Javan Torre was penalised for his foul on Dimitri Foulquier.
