Belenenses and Maritimo have played out a 1-1 draw in Monday night's Primeira Liga clash at the Estadio do Restelo.

The Madeiran outfit opened the scoring just after the half-hour mark through veteran Brazilian midfielder Fransergio.

Belenenses, however, pulled level midway through the second half through Miguel Rosa, with neither side being able to go on and kill the game off thereafter.

The result means that the Lisbon-based side have three points, given their three draws, while Maritimo sit just above the Primeira Liga drop zone on two.
