Caroline Wozniacki powers into round two of Wimbledon

Caroline Wozniacki has brushed aside Estrella Cabeza Candela to reach the second round of Wimbledon.

The Danish ninth seed was in dominant form during the opening set as she destroyed her Spanish opponent 6-0 inside 21 minutes.

Cabeza Candela showed slightly more resistant in the second, but Wozniacki had little trouble coming through 6-2.

The former world number one will play Donna Vekic or Petra Cetkovska for a spot in the third round.
