Camila Giorgi upsets Nadia Petrova

Camila Giorgi has caused yet another upset at Wimbledon, defeating 20th seed Nadia Petrova in straight sets.

It took just a single break early on for the Italian to take the first set 6-3.

Then, in a stunning second set, Giorgi fought back from 5-1 down to take it to a tie-breaker.

Petrova had the first mini-break in the breaker but could not capitalise, each woman playing some marvellous shots. Eventually, Giorgi took it 8-6 to take the match 6-3 7-6.
