Steve Darcis withdraws from Wimbledon

Rafael Nadal's conqueror Steve Darcis has withdrawn from his second-round match at Wimbledon with a shoulder injury.

The Belgian world number 135 was due to face Lukas Kubot of Poland on Wednesday afternoon.

Darcis caused one of the biggest shocks in Wimbledon history on Monday when he defeated former champion Nadal in straight sets.

Kubot will face either 25th seed Benoit Paire or Stephane Robert in the third round of the tournament.
