Broady expects "comfortable" Goffin clash

Liam Broady has admitted that he is expecting to be "comfortable" facing David Goffin in his second-round match at Wimbledon.

The British number six came from a set down to beat Australia's Marinko Matosevic in his first ever singles match at SW19, setting up a meeting with the 16th seed.

The 21-year-old told The Telegraph: "I don't know if he's known me for years, but I've known Goffin for years.

"I saw him play when I was about 15. I think I'll be comfortable going on court with him. It's not like I'm stepping on court with Novak Djokovic.

"It's a reward. I've got nothing to lose. He's got everything to lose in a sense, so I'll see what happens."

Broady is a former junior doubles champion and junior singles runner-up at Wimbledon.
