Nick Kyrgios: 'Andy Murray too good again'

Australian youngster Nick Kyrgios admits that world number three Andy Murray was "too good" in their first-round US Open clash on Tuesday night.

Nick Kyrgios has admitted that world number three Andy Murray was "too good again" in their US Open first-round clash on Tuesday night.

The 20-year-old went two sets down to Murray before hitting some powerful shots to take the third, only for his opponent to claim victory in the fourth.

Kyrgios, who was also defeated by the Scotsman in straight sets at the Australian Open earlier this year, paid tribute to his opponent on Twitter.

Murray will take on Adrian Mannarino in the second round on Thursday.
