Nicolas Almagro through in straight sets

Nicolas Almagro has overcome a spirited Stanislas Wawrinka to advance to the fourth round of the Australian Open.

The Spaniard was forced into a tie break in the first set, which he eventually took 7-6(2).

Almagro managed to break early in the second, taking the set 6-2.

Switzerland's Wawrinka fought back in the third, but Almagro broke back to take it 6-4.

Almagro will face Tomas Berdych in the next round.
