Reports suggest that Rafael Nadal will play no part in the ATP World Tour Finals at the O2 Arena in London.

Rafael Nadal's ongoing injury woes have forced him to pull out of the season-ending ATP World Tour Finals in London, according to reports.

The Spaniard is struggling with a long-term knee injury and has not stepped foot on court since his shock defeat to Lukas Rosol at Wimbledon in June.

According to The Times tennis correspondent Neil Harman, Nadal is hoping to return to action at the Mubadala World Tennis Championship in Abu Dhabi at the end of December.

Meanwhile, the World Tour Finals get underway at the O2 Arena in London on November 5.
