Liverpool's Steven Gerrard attends testimonial dinner with family

Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard attended his testimonial dinner in the city along with his wife and daughters.

The 33-year-old, who took part in a 2-0 victory over Olympiacos on Saturday to mark his tenure with the Reds, continued the celebrations after the match.

Gerrard, along with his wife Alex and daughters Lilly-Ella and Lexie, posed for photographs on a red carpet outside the Liverpool Echo Arena, with former teammate John Arne Riise was in attendance for the bash, according to the Daily Mail.

Jamie Carragher, who retired from football at the end of last season, was also one of many paying tribute to the England captain.
