Nico Rosberg edges Lewis Hamilton in Mexico final practice

Nico Rosberg finishes final practice at the Mexican Grand Prix faster than teammate Lewis Hamilton.

Nico Rosberg has topped the timesheets in the final practice session ahead of qualifying for the Mexican Grand Prix.

The German finished 0.014seconds faster than world champion Lewis Hamilton, but the top 10 all ended the session within a second of each other.

Daniel Ricciardo and Sebastian Vettel recorded the third and fourth fastest times respectively, while Ricciardo's Red Bull teammate Daniil Kvyat finished fifth.

Home favourite Sergio Perez was only 0.520seconds behind Rosberg and will hope to deliver a strong performance in qualifying.

Rosberg was also fastest during second practice on Friday, which was affected by rain.
