Mercedes dominate final practice session

Nico Rosberg was fastest in a Mercedes-dominated final practice session ahead of the Malaysian Grand Prix this morning.

The German, who won the season opener in Australia two weeks ago, was marginally quicker than teammate Lewis Hamilton.

Kimi Raikkonen was third-fastest, while Sebastian Vettel, Nico Hulkenberg, Daniel Ricciardo, Fernando Alonso, Felipe Massa, Valtteri Bottas and Sergio Perez completed the top 10.

McLaren endured a torrid session, with Kevin Magnussen and Jenson Button managing just eight laps between them due to a sensor problem on their power unit.
